We value long term relationships and we pride ourselves on being consistent, committed partners with a point of view. Our relationships are built on respect, transparency and follow through, which is why clients return to us again and again.
We are a boutique furniture procurement and purchasing firm that specializes in multiple industries including hospitality, multi-family, mixed-use, restaurant, and commercial spaces. We are comprised of design professionals with years of industry experience in highly designed boutique environments. Throughout our time in the design industry, we have garnered a trusted network of fabricators, crafters, and builders that we collaborate with in order to meet your specific needs. We provide discounted pricing of products and ensure that all FF&E selections come in at the best price in order to provide furniture that fits perfectly within your budget. We are there with our clients every step of the way-assisting with procurement, tracking, warehousing, and installation. Our goal is to make sure that the process is as effortless as possible for our clients- making sure that all of their design dreams come true.
Collective works with the client's project team and manufacturers in order to confirm that all drawings and specifications are accurate. We then select and verify all fabrics, furniture, finishes, etc. for all specified products along with their model numbers. After we update the formal proprosal and submit all manufacturers drawings for client approval, we attend any project/construction meetings and field verify as needed. Collective will communicate with the project teams any updates or questions related to the project.
Collective submits purchase orders and approved drawings to respective manufacturers for order entry. We then submit required deposits to manufacturers and verify all order acknowledgements for accuracy.
Our Project Manager monitors the project's ship date status. As project dates change, our Project Manager will work with manufacturers to modify ship dates.
During this stage, all product will be shipped to installation warehouse for inspection and storing until delivery date. Collective's Project Coordinator does a site review to determine floor, door and wall protection. A Certificate of Insurance will be provided at this point.
The product is now delivered to the site. Upon arrival, the product is staged and assembled in the appropriate areas. Our Project Manager will visit the site daily for oversight and will provide job progress.
Collective will perform a walk-through of the project locations and identify, if applicable, punch related items. We will then order any punch items from manufacturers and communicate ship and installation dates. The punch related items will then be installed. Finally, we will confirm with the client that they are satisfied and will modify items if needed.
