Joining DRG in 2018, Heather has taken the positive momentum of our company and accelerated it. Her passion for transforming spaces and connecting with people was also a catalyst for the formation of Collective by DRG in 2019. Collective is a boutique furniture purchasing and procurement studio designed specifically to help our hospitality clients reinvent and reinvigorate their environments to deliver memorable experiences that turn one-time guests into long-term, loyal customers.
Heather’s drive inspires the Collective team and clients to dream bigger and reach higher. Her 20+-year career in the fashion industry gives her a unique perspective on design aesthetics and reimagining our clients’ spaces. When she’s not helping clients bring their visions to life, Heather enjoys spending time with her family. Some of her favorite things to do are antiquing with her daughter, Scarlett, and cheering on the Chicago Cubs with her son, Aiden.
